Description | Oligodontia-colorectal cancer syndrome (ODCRCS) is a condition of dominant inheritance in which severe permanent tooth agenesis and a variable colorectal neoplasia occur. Affected individuals lack at least eight permanent teeth. The disease is caused by a nonsense mutation in AXIN2. |
