Treatment Comment | Three day-old dark grown seedlings were transferred under FR light for 15 min and then back to the darkness. In this stage, rice seedlings are about 10 mm long and fully wrapped with coleoptile. Eight hours after the FR light treatment, tips of coleoptiles (5mm long) were harvested in the dark room. |
