Description(En) | Cardiac progenitor cells (CPCs) were isolated from the right atria of patients with congenital heart diseases undergoing cardiac surgery. Individual cardiosphere-derived CPCs were isolated and infected with a combination of retroviruses encoding the transcription factors OCT4, KLF4, SOX2, and MYC, and generated iPSCs. iPSC lines, iPS30,iPS59, iPS68, and iPS72 , were established from the same person. |
