Description(En) Cardiac progenitor cells (CPCs) were isolated from the right atria of patients with congenital heart diseases undergoing cardiac surgery.
Individual cardiosphere-derived CPCs were isolated and infected
with a combination of retroviruses encoding the transcription
factors OCT4, KLF4, SOX2, and MYC, and generated iPSCs.
iPSC lines, iPS30,iPS46, iPS59, and iPS72 , were established from the same person.
Description(Ja) 心筋前駆細胞(CPCs)は先天性心疾患患者の術中に右房より単離した。
cardiosphere由来のCPCsは分離しOCT4、KLF4、SOX2、MYCをのせたレトロウイルスを感染させ、iPS細胞を樹立した。
iPS30、iPS46、iPS59、iPS72は同一人由来のクローン株。
