Description(Ja) 成人嚢胞性線維症患者由来iPS細胞。
低酸素下でKlf4, c-Myc, Oct4, Sox2とLIN28を3:1:1:1:1の割合でコードした合成RNAを、線維芽細胞株に20日間毎日添加し、遺伝子を細胞へ導入した。
