Reprogramming of patient-derived skin fibroblasts were co-transfected with two oriP/EBNA1-based episomal plasmids (pEP4 EO2S CK2M EN2L, pEP4 EO2SET2K; Addgene Inc., Cambridge, MA, USA) via nucleofection (NHDF-VPD-1001 with U-20 program; Amaxa, Walkersville, MD, USA).
