| 概要 | Lipoprotein glomerulopathy is a rare hereditary disorder characterized by disturbed remnant lipoprotein catabolism and intravascular glomerular deposition of lipoprotein-containing thrombi. Patients usually present with proteinuria and hypertension, microhematuria is rare, and renal function becomes impaired. Rare mutations in apolipoprotein E (apoE) gene may contribute to the pathogenesis of the disease. |
