| 概要 | Allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) is a T-cell mediated skin inflammation caused by repeated skin exposure to contact allergens. Although regarded as a dermatosis that is typically triggered by environmental factors, ACD may affect certain individuals more easily than others. A higher risk for polysensitization has been found for polymorphism in the TNFA (TNFA-308) and IL-16 (IL-16-295 C/C) genes. |
