| Description | In order to pick up minor peaks, the peaks were extracted as shown below. A raw data file was converted into a text file by MSGet software without a cut off value, and peaks were extracted from the text files by PowerFT with parameters (intensity cutoff in peak detection = 5000, margin of ion grouping in peak detection = 5, peak selection filter was not applied, intensity cut off in peak assignment was not applied). After the data file was opened using PowerMatch, a file was exported. It was arranged and converted to a tab-delimited text file format by Excel for analysis by ShiftedIonsFinder. |
